Jennifer Spiegel Berman Joins Board of NKF Serving MD and DE
Employee Benefits Attorney Brings 14 Years' Experience to Healthcare Nonprofit
LUTHERVILLE, Md. −The National Kidney Foundation Serving Maryland and Delaware has elected Jennifer Spiegel Berman to a two-year term on its board of directors.
An employee benefits attorney with 14 years of experience, Berman founded MZQ Consulting, a benefits compliance company specializing in the employer reporting requirements under the ACA. She currently serves as both CEO of MZQ Consulting LLC and senior vice president, compliance at KELLY Benefit Strategies.
Berman previously practiced at Venable and Holder Law Group and was named a Maryland Rising Star in the area of employee benefits/ERISA by Super Lawyers for three consecutive years.

The University of Pennsylvania and University of Pennsylvania Law School graduate grew up in “a home shaped by kidney disease,” and finds NKF’s mission “close to her heart.” She has been an active fundraiser and donor since 2012, and has “rappelled for kidney health.”
Berman resides in Mount Washington with her husband, Joshua, and their children, Jack and Abby.
