Because of the Presidents' Day holiday on Feb. 21 the <a href="http://www.baltimorecity.gov/Government/AgenciesDepartments/PublicWorks.aspx?kw=Public+Works" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Department of Public Works </a>offices and yards will be closed. There will be no bulk trash pick up and citizen drop-off centers will be closed. Those centers include: <ul> <li>Quarantine Road Landfill </li> <li>Northwest Transfer Station </li> <li>Eastern Santiation Yard</li> <li>Western Sanitation Yard </li> <li>Northwestern Sanitation Yard</li> </ul> Feb. 21 is not a regularly scheduled recycling date and payment at parking meters will still be enforced.
