North Potomac-Darnestown Crime: Commercial, Residential Burglaries Reported

Two burglaries and one attempted break-in were reported in the North Potomac area, according to the Montgomery County Police Department's recent crime summary.
- A residential burglary occurred in the 15300 block of Spring Meadow Drive in North Potomac on March 12 between 6:10 p.m. and 8:20 p.m. Entry was forced but nothing was taken.
- An attempted residential burglary was reported in the 15200 block of Winesap Drive in North Potomac on March 13 at 8:22 p.m. No further information was available.
- A commercial burglary was reported at the Stonebridge Swim Club at 14801 Stonebridge View Drive in North Potomac on March 13 at 9:51 a.m. Entry was forced and it's unknown what was taken.
Montgomery County and Gaithersburg police officers met with North Potomac residents on March 1 to offer tips about how to better protect their homes from a recent rash of residential burglaries.
