Photos: Travilah ES Celebrates Dr. Seuss, Creates 'Wax Museum'

Travilah Elementary School celebrated Dr. Seuss Day with classroom parties and many kids donned their own hat from "Cat In The Hat".

The school also completed its fourth grade wax museum project.

"This is when our fourth graders do research and read biographies of famous people," Travilah principal Susan Shenk told Patch in an email. "They then create a wax museum by dressing up in costume. When you press the child’s 'button' they come to life and give a little speech as if they were the person."
