Polls See Slight Spike, Maintain Low Numbers Through Afternoon

In his 12 years working the polls, North Potomac's Dan Witham said he'd never seen it this slow.

Precincts across the North Potomac and Darnestown area saw a slight increase from during the lunch hours, but percentages remain low at eight local voting locations.

DuFief Elementary School had the greatest percentage of voter turnout at 9.7 percent of all registered voters. Travilah Elementary School had the lowest at 5.3 percent.
