• BREAKING: Federal judge denies US Wind's preliminary injunction request against Trump Administration (wboc.com) — A federal judge in Maryland has denied US Wind’s request for a preliminary injunction that would have shielded its offshore wind project while Ocean City’s lawsuit against the project plays out. The ruling means the project can technically continue under its existing federal approval, but US Wind says it’s hesitant to invest further amid uncertainty over how the Trump Administration may act.
