Accident Waiting to Happen?
I was surprised to see a moving billboard as I drove to the local Starbucks.
I've probably seen more than a million billboards in my life, but this was the first time I saw one pass me on the road.
I saw the Andrew Marc mobile billboard cruise by on Arundel Mills Boulevard and I couldn't help but wonder how many traffic accidents are caused by distractions like this.
Am I the only one who thinks this?
