A Maryland resident for years, he plans to share the winnings with relatives in and outside the state. He's also considering investment options to make the most of his prize.

The winner hasn't yet considered plans for a celebration, instead saying, “I’m still floating!”
He bought the $30 scratch-off ticket at a Linthicum 7-Eleven, located at 1001 Aviation Blvd., near Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. The convenience store will collect a bonus of $2,000 for selling the top-prize winner.
The game Fire went on sale on April 21. It still has two $2 million top prizes in the mix. The ticket also has five prizes at the $50,000 level, another five worth $10,000 and thousands more ranging from $30 to $5,000.
