The Haven at Odenton Gateway has a new owner.
The apartment complex in east Odenton was recently purchased by AEW Capital Management, a real estate investment firm.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Haven, which has 252 units, was developed by Johnson Development of South Carolina.
