The B Gate Barber Shop near Fort Meade offers a trim, neck shave and hot towel massage for the lowest price around.
There are a lot of places for a man to get a good haircut in the Odenton area. The barber business is probably helped by the presence of service members in need of a buzz cut.
I discovered B Gate barber on Friday when I noted their $8 Grand Opening special.
The shop has been open for about 5 months on Annapolis Road between the Mapes and Reece Road gates.
B Gate is located at the site of the former Your Barber Shop. Amy Lee and Soon Carter once worked there and now own the new shop.
It will be hard to find a better deal for a haircut. A trim includes a neck shave with straight razor, and they'll even massage your head with a hot towel. Then they'll even massage your neck and shoulders. Tremendous.
The $8 special runs through Sept. 3 and then the price will jump to $10.
