Severn Man to Stand Trial in Manslaughter Case
Anthony Garcia was indicted in April in the death of David Lamont Harley last December.
A Severn man indicted for manslaughter in the death of an acquinatance last winter will stand trial in September.Â
Anthony James Garcia could face up to 10 years in prison for the death of David Lamont Harley, who died following an altercation in December of last year. Garcia was indicted in April. He was released on $150,000 bail.Â
The Capital-Gazette reported that Garcia's trial is scheduled for Sept. 24 and is expected to last three days.Â
