Odenton Man Charged in Theft of Gun in Connecticut
The Waterbury Republican-American reports that the man was charged with stealing a gun and other items while working for a property management company.

An Odenton man has been charged with larceny after police in Connecticut accused him of stealing a gun and more than $42,000 in valuables from a home.
According to a report in the Waterbury Republican-American, police said Leroy Hellmig, 41, was working for a subcontractor for a property management company. The owners of the home reported that the house had been ransacked, and told police they were missing a .45-caliber handgun, stereo equipment, jewelry and other items.Â
The homeowners were not living in the house at the time due to water and mold damage, the newspaper reported.Â
