Anne Arundel County police arrested three people—including an Odenton resident—Sunday in connection with the theft of an air conditioning unit from a Pasadena business, according to a department press release.
At about 4 a.m., officers responded to a business on the 1200 block of Meadow View Road for a reported theft. The officers saw the suspects running away on Valley Road, leaving an air conditioner behind on the shoulder of the road, according to police.
Several minutes later, police stopped one of the suspects walking on Fort Smallwood Road and a pickup truck with the other suspects, according to police.
The officers arrested Carrie Hall, 51, of Odenton, Eric Livesay, 27, of Baltimore, and Steven Butler, 29, of Brooklyn, charging the all with theft. Police also charged Butler with providing a false statement to an officer, according to online court records.
