Police Seek Details on Assault, Robbery on WB&A Trail
A man was robbed and assaulted on the trail on March 2.

Anne Arundel County police are seeking more information about a robbery and assault on the WB&A Trail in Odenton earlier this month.Â
Police said in an email advisory that at 11:30 a.m. on March 2, a man was walking on the WB&A Trail near the underpass at Old Waugh Chapel Road when he was attacked by another man. The victim said he was punched, and that the victim flashed a folding knife before demanding cash.Â
The two men got into a scuffle and the victim sustained injuries to his face, neck and hand, police said. The suspect may have also been hurt before running off in the direction of Rita Drive.Â

Police described the suspect as a black man, 6-foot and weighing 200 pounds. He had dreadlocks about 3 inches in length and was wearing all dark clothing. Â
