Police Seeking Intruder from Early Morning Burglary

The intruder was seen wearing black clothes and a ski mask, according to the victim.

Police are still searching for a man that broke into a home on Gabriel Garth Court early Tuesday morning.

According to police, the burglary occurred just before 3:57 a.m. when officers received a call of a recent break-in. Located at the 7800 block of Gabriel Garth Court, officers spoke with a 39-year-old woman who said she woke up to the sound of someone trying to forcefully enter her home.

The victim also said she saw the burglar inside her house near the front door before the suspect fled the scene on foot towards Morgan Station Road, according to police. The homeowner said the intruder was wearing all black clothing and a ski mask.

Officers said no property was stolen from the home and after searching the area, police were unable to find the intruder.
