Poll: Too Soon for Snowmen?
Immediately following Halloween, stores throughout the greater Severn area are hosting Christmas-themed events and decorations.
After all the trick-or-treaters went to bed Monday night, local businesses set out to embark on their next seasonal theme, Christmas.
As early at 8 a.m. Tuesday, the Starbucks locations in Hanover were saturated in Christmas-themed materials like snowmen coffee cups. This Friday, Arundel Mills is hosting Santa Claus for his first appearance of the year from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This weekend, children will be able to take pictures with Santa, sit on his lap and discuss their Christmas list, all before Thanksgiving.
