What Should Replace the First Mariner Bank?

Brokers are asking $1.3 million for the property and building.

As we reported last month, the First Mariner Bank on Annapolis Road has closed.

Now the owners are looking to sell the property to the right buyer for $1.3 million.

The bank building is being offered in “turn-key” condition, with furniture and fixtures in place. Of course, this assumes that another bank might be interested in the building.

As brokers from Mackenzie Retail note, the property would be suitable for a number of commercial uses in the Odenton Town Center Master Plan.

If not a bank, what else could go there?
