The Gambrills Wingstop replaced Elevation Burger, which closed in summer 2024. That was the only Anne Arundel County location for the company known for its organic patties and cage-free chicken.

In Gambrills, the exposed wood and corrugated metal make the dining area feel like a smokehouse. With seating for at least 25 guests, the restaurant is decorated with signs for its flavors like Louisiana rub and lemon pepper.

Wingstop was founded in Garland, Texas in 1994. It started franchising in 1997, and it had served one billion wings by 2002.

The chain now has over 2,000 restaurants worldwide.

The new locations will be open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight. Delivery, online, call-ahead and carryout ordering are all available.

Customers can visit wingstop.com to learn more. The eateries' phone numbers will be (410) 630-1177 in Gambrills and (667) 942-9464 in Glen Burnie.
