JWV Post 167 to partner with JWVA 167 for Hanukkah Party

Please join us on Sunday December 15th, at the VFW 521 located at 214 Tollgate Road in Owings Mills as we celebrate the Festival of Lights. At this event we will be supporting Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital and commemorate the late Col. Erwin Burtnick. There will be a lighting of the Menorah, music by Voices for Vets to include Hanukkah, Military and Yiddish music. A Color-guard performance from Franklin High School, the sound of Bagpipes from Ed Kitlowski, Director of US Academy Pipe Band, and speaker Megan Brentley, Director of community relations at Baltimore Jewish Council. We are also honored to have a special guest, Jo Reingold, National President of JWVA, all the way from Texas. The event will be catered by Milk and Honey. The program begins at 11:00 a.m. Admission is $15.00 plus an unwrapped gift for a child.
