He has been on 13 liquor licenses without any violations, he told the board, adding that Neo Pizza's director of operations is a teacher of TAM (techniques of alcohol management).
Since Neo Pizza on Owings Mills Boulevard is near the Stevenson University campus, Poldmae will be "vigilant" about ensuring people are not drinking underage in his establishment, his attorney, David Mister, told the Baltimore County liquor board.
In a vote that was unanimous, the Baltimore County Liquor Board approved the application by Poldmae, who has been on the liquor license at the Greene Turtle in Owings Mills in recent years. He is currently a liquor licensee for the Greene Turtle at Hunt Valley Town Center, so this is his second active liquor license in Baltimore County.
Neo Pizza in Owings Mills is at 10995 Owings Mills Boulevard, Suite 100-101. Its license authorizes it to sell beer, wine and liquor.
