Owings Mills Store Sells Lottery Ticket Worth $10,000
Two local stores sold tickets worth at least $50,000, including one that is unclaimed, according to Maryland Lottery officials.
OWINGS MILLS, MD — An Owings Mills 7-Eleven sold a $10,000 scratch-off game this week, according to the Maryland Lottery.
The player purchased a $10 ticket for the $10,000 Lucky game. Officials said the ticket came from the 7-Eleven store at 8890 McDonogh Road and was claimed between Feb. 14 and 20.
Another 7-Eleven store in the area also sold a ticket that netted a five-figure prize, lottery officials said.

The Woodlawn 7-Eleven at 1808 Woodlawn Drive sold a $50,000 ticket in the Lucky scratch-off game, which costs $5 to play. A Catonsville man was identified as the winner, officials said Feb. 15.
While that prize was claimed, two others from tickets sold in the area were not, officials said:

- A ticket worth $50,015 was sold at the Speedy Mart at 1697 North Forest Park Avenue in Gwynn Oak on Friday, Feb. 18. The player purchased a BONUS MATCH 5 ticket and had not claimed the prize as of Tuesday, Feb. 22.
- Another winning ticket — this one worth $25,000— was also sold on Friday, Feb. 18, and has not yet been claimed as of Feb. 22. Billiard Plus at 8140 Liberty Road sold the PICK 5 ticket.
One player in the area also claimed a ticket worth $15,473, which was sold Feb. 15 at Woodlawn Gasoline at 1816 Woodlawn Drive.
Statewide, nine tickets resulted in prizes worth at least $50,000 this week, lottery officials said, including those sold in Woodlawn and Gwynn Oak.
