2 Men Chase Down Young Bike Thieves

Two bike thieves were run down by the man they stole from and a neighbor who caught them in the act, according to Baltimore County police.

The two culprits, 14 and 15 years old, took two bikes from a fenced-in yard in the unit block of Borgia Court on July 5, at 7:30 p.m., Ofc. Mark Dorsey said.

A neighbor spotted the pair taking the bikes and gave chase. The neighbor, along with the victim caught up to the two thieves at Bernadotte Court.

The bikes were recovered. No charges were filed.
