Suspect Charged In 25 Vehicle Thefts In Dundalk Area
An arrest has been made after residents targeted in two dozen vehicle thefts worked with Baltimore County police to find the suspect.

DUNDALK, MD — An arrest has been made after Dundalk residents targeted in two dozen vehicle thefts worked with Baltimore County police to find the suspect.
On Dec. 11, police arrested 29-year-old Michael Williams on theft charges tied to thefts from unlocked vehicles in the Dundalk area. Detectives, along with local residents, reviewed residential surveillance footage to help locate and identify the suspect, a police news release said.
Williams has been directly linked to 25 thefts from vehicles that occurred from Oct. 8 through Dec. 11, authorities said. Detectives also recovered a handgun that had recently been reported stolen from a vehicle.

Williams is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
Detectives reminded residents to lock their vehicles when left unattended. Anyone with information about the thefts is asked to call detectives at 410-887-7309.
