Behind The Counter: Making Pizza At Slice On The Avenue

Slice Pizzeria, on The Avenue at White Marsh, has come a long way since opening just a few months ago.

Owner Paul Rizas has concocted more than 60 specialty pizzas for customers to choose from. Not bad considering he's working with the smallest space on The Avenue.

Rizas and his trustee pizza maker Alex showed off the process of making one of his delicious, enormous pies Friday afternoon.

The Top 3 best-selling pizzas at Slice at the moment are:

1) The Rancher
2) Buffalo Chicken
3 Hawaiian Ham
