BALTIMORE, MD — March 26 marks one year since the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed, killing six and snarling Baltimore traffic.

That's 12 months of delays in the Fort McHenry and Harbor Tunnels, and it's 365 days of added congestion around the Baltimore beltway.
