Trash Truck Overturns Near MD 43: Officials

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A hazmat crew was called to clean up after a trash truck overturned near MD 43 Monday morning, according to the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company.

The truck turned over on the exit to US 40 from MD 43/White Marsh Boulevard, fire officials reported after 9 a.m.

Traffic was backed up on MD 43 east.

Drivers faced delays in the area, where authorities said hazmat units were called because of the fuel leak.
