Perry Hall Area Man Arrested Related To Riots At Capitol

The FBI raided a Nottingham home Friday related to the Jan. 6 Capitol riots.

NOTTINGHAM, MD — Neighbors were stunned when police swarmed a quiet Baltimore County neighborhood just before daybreak Friday.

“It was frightening being awakened in the middle of the night with bullhorns shouting, ‘This is the FBI!’” said Connie Lashley who lives nearby. An FBI spokeswoman said the agency arrested 42-year-old Elias Costianes in Nottingham on charges related to the January 6th riot at the United States’ Capitol.
