Construction crews are eyeing a June 2014 completion date for the newest assisted living facility in Perry Hall.

At a glance, Brightview Perry Hall will Feature 148 apartment homes for seniors (83 independent living, 36 assisted living, 29 dedicated for dementia and Alzheimer's care).
The structure, located at 9657 Belair Road, was designed to resemble the Perry Hall Mansion, according to a release.
"Vibrant living is coming to Perry Hall," Marilynn K. Duker, president of Brightview Senior Living, said in a statement. "We are excited about our presence in the area and are thrilled to be joining such a robust community."
The project also caught the eye of Councilman David Marks.
"Older Perry Hall residents should not have to move to Harford County or Oak Crest Village for this type of facility," Marks said. "I also supported this project because it will have no effect on school overcrowding, it will have limited traffic impacts, and it will hopefully straighten the nearby Perry Hall Marketplace shopping center."
