Economist Harold A. Cohen Was Chairman of Health Cost Commission

Cohen helped save the state billions of dollars in his role as director of the Health Services Cost Review Commisison, according to an article June 14 in the Baltimore Sun.

Cohen's funeral was Tuesday, Jan. 10.

A tribute dinner was held for Cohen last month at the Pikesville Hilton, according to another article in the Sun.
