"Do you have the means to access higher level of care if needed? Do you have medical supplies in case you need to stay put for a while?" Blankchtien, owner of Masada Tactical LLC in Pikesville, is offering a seminar to help prepare residents for emergencies.
The three-hour course will be held at the Pikesville studio, 1414 Reisterstown Road on the second floor.
