This program, sponsored by the Harry and Jeannete Weinberg Gemilut Hasadim Endowment Fund, aims to provide a supportive environment, useful strategies to care for yourself, according to the "This Month at Chizuk Amuno Congregation" newsletter.

Self-care includes developing a network of support and other ways to ease stress, the newsletter states.

The program is free and open to the community, but registration is required.
