Orchestra, Ukeleles and Choir to Celebrate Spring with Music

On April 27, the Greenspring Valley Orchestra performs "Under the Double Eagle: Music from the Austrian and Austro-Hungarian Empires," in the Inscape Theater, Stevenson’s Greenspring campus.

"Conductor Robert Suggs, D.M.A., professor of music, presents an evening of music which includes Schubert’s Unfinished Symphony and additional music by Mozart, Liszt, von Suppe, and Strauss," according to the university's 2011 Concerts website.

General Admission tickets to the Greenspring Valley Orchestra are $10 per person; student and senior tickets are $5. Contact the SU Ticket Office at 443-334-2618 to reserve your tickets.

On April 28 The Stevenson University Choir and Ukulele Orchestra present "La Primavera."

The concert is set for 7:30 April 28 in the St. Paul’s Companies Pavilion, Stevenson’s Greenspring Campus.
