Pikesville Crime: Missing Teen Found, Then Arrested

A juvenile reported missing was found—and then arrested, according to Baltimore County police.
On Aug. 2, police found the missing 13-year-old boy, who is a resident of Lochearn.
Police say that they then discovered the boy had allegedly stolen a bicycle from a home in the 3400 block of Cardinal Court in Lochearn, according to a police report.

Police returned the bicycle, a purple Rallye ATB racer, to the owner.
