Thief Commits Crime with Brick, Baggage

A burglar threw a cinder block through the rear sliding glass door of a Pikesville apartment, then packed up the resident's luggage with stolen items.
The burglar stole electronics and entertainment equipment and moved them out, packed in the luggage, at some time between 7 a.m. to 9:05 p.m. Oct. 9.
The apartment is located in the 7200 block of Valley Country Court in Pikesville.
