Sound Off On Proposed Ride On Changes To Route 36: Jan. 28

POTOMAC, MD — Commuters who use Montgomery County's Ride On bus system can weigh in on proposed service changes to Route 36 at a virtual public forum later this month.

The meeting — scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 28 — will be hosted by the county's Department of Transportation. The proposed change will discontinue service to the Connelly School of the Holy Child — and will create a one-way loop via Seven Locks Road, River Road, and Bradley Boulevard.

Anyone interested in sounding off on this proposed change is asked to e-mail mcdot.rideonpublicforums@montgomerycountymd.gov the following information by Jan. 25:

• Their telephone number
• Their e-mail address
• Their organization (if applicable)

Individuals who sign up to speak must provide a printed copy of their testimony for the record by Jan. 28. Sign language interpreter and language translation services will be provided only upon request (notice must be given at least five business days before the forum).
