YogaSix Sets Target Opening Date For Studio In Cabin John Village
Look for a second Maryland location of this yoga studio to open in July in Montgomery County.
POTOMAC, MD — YogaSix will open a studio in early July in Potomac's Cabin John Village, the business said on social media.
"We deliver energizing, empowering, and fun yoga classes for all levels of students. We are committed to supporting you in where you want to go with your yoga practice," the company said.
YogaSix offers six core yoga-based classes designed for a range of experience levels and goals, with sessions held in warm or heated rooms depending on the class.

The Potomac site will be the second Maryland location for the chain, according to the company website. There is already a YogaSix at 6000 Merriweather Drive in Columbia.
Class options include Y6 101, a lightly warm beginner class; Slow Flow, a warm-paced class focused on foundational movement; and Restore, which offers stretching and recovery in a lightly warm room.

Signature blends breath and balance work in a heated or warm space, while Power delivers a high-intensity Vinyasa workout in a heated room, The MoCo Show reported. Sculpt & Flow combines yoga and strength training in a warm room with high-energy music.
Additional specialty classes, including TRX, Mobility, and Mix formats, will also be offered.
"We also offer beginner classes and sculpt classes. Our teachers have been trained in the YogaSix methodology to provide a consistent but creative experience for each class type every time," the company said. "They teach in a way that is easy for everyone to follow and understand. Our expert staff will help you find the right class to help you achieve your goals."
