Alpha Phi Alpha is suspended on the campus as the case is investigated.

Kevin Hayes, 20, claims that he was assaulted by some of his fraternity brothers in Alpha Phi Alpha between September and November of 2013.

Hayes is suing the organization for $3 million. He claims he was punched, hit, and slapped during pledging. He claims that pledges were told not to “snitch” about the hazing.
