Poll Results: 59 Percent of Poll Voters Say They Don't Support Cafritz Development

According to a , 59 percent of the participants said they don't support the Cafritz project.
Seventy-six readers responded to our poll, with 45 indicating a lack of support for the project.
Between Riverdale Park and University Park there are at least 9,500 residents, so 76 voters isn't a big enough sample group. Although our poll isn't scientific, the results show that our Patch readers seem to be against the proposed development for one reason or another.

However, some readers asked about the poll, stating there should be a maybe option—maybe they would support the project if certain issues like traffic, storm water managment and others were resolved.
