Accused MoCo Drug Dealer Faces Multiple Charges: Police
A Rockville man accused of drug trafficking faces multiple charges after police said he was caught with $10K cash, cocaine and stolen guns.
ROCKVILLE, MD — A Rockville man accused of drug trafficking faces multiple charges after Montgomery County police said he was caught with $10,000 cash, stolen guns, cocaine and cannabis.
Elijah Bell, 33, of Rockville faces criminal charges including possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance not cannabis, and multiple firearms charges.
On Oct. 22, detectives executed multiple search warrants as part of a months-long investigation into Bell’s suspected drug distribution activities, a police news release said.

During the search, officers recovered about 2,726 grams of cocaine, nearly 10 pounds of cannabis, two handguns, and roughly $10,000 in cash.
Bell is prohibited from possessing firearms because of prior convictions, police said. Detectives determined that both handguns had been reported stolen.

Bell was taken to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, where he is being held without bond.
