Rockville City Police: Drug Arrests Made, Catalytic Converter Stolen
The following incidents were supplied by Rockville City Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Arrests
1600 block of Rockville Pike—A 22-year-old female was arrested for theft July 17, between 2:15 and 2:30 p.m. During the investigation, two acquaintances—a 47-year-old male and a 50-year-old female were also arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
300 block of Martins Lane—A 23-year-old female was arrested for trespassing and obstructing and hindering, on July 19 at 3:10 a.m.

500 block of Hungerford Drive—A 46-year-old female was arrested for assault at around 5 p.m. July 19.

1400 block of Rockville Pike—A cell phone was taken from a restaurant on July 14, between 12:30 and 1 a.m.
1100 block of Edmonston Drive—A window of a side door of a residence was broken into July 16, between noon and 6:43 p.m. Nothing was taken from the residence.
400 block of Anderson Avenue—Jewelry was taken from a residence sometime between 11 a.m. July 6 and 6 p.m. July 11.
600 block of Dover Road—A catalytic converter was taken from a vehicle between 1 p.m. July 15 and 9:45 a.m. July 18.
Unit block of Maryland—An unattended purse was taken July 20, sometime between 8:50 and 9:05 p.m.
1600 block of Rockville Pike—A pair of headphones was taken from a store July 21 at 4:20 p.m. Police described the thief as a black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall at 150 pounds. Police said the male had a thin build, short black hair, dark skin tone, and a tattoo on his neck. He was last seen wearing green jean shorts and a white T-shirt.
1600 block of East Jefferson Street—Two cameras, a suitcase, a television, and two camera bags were taken from an apartment. Police said access was gained through a partially open bedroom window. Further details were unavailable.
