Rockville Pedestrian Fatally Hit By Pickup Truck On Maryland City Road: Police

A Rockville man was fatally hit by a pickup truck Wednesday as he crossed Old Annapolis Road in Maryland City, Anne Arundel Police said.

ROCKVILLE, MD — A Rockville pedestrian died Wednesday morning when authorities said he was struck by a pickup truck while crossing a road in Maryland City.

David Michael Pulaski, 37, suffered fatal injuries when he was hit while crossing Old Annapolis Road at the traffic light at Laurel Fort Meade Road, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department. The accident was reported at 11:10 a.m.

Police said Pulaski was struck by a 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty pickup truck turning right onto eastbound Laurel Fort Meade Road.

The driver of the pickup was Mitchell Robert Cunningham, 58, of Gardner, Kansas. He was not injured, police said.

Pulaski was pronounced dead at the scene by the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
