• New eyes in the sky for law enforcement in Wicomico County (wboc.com) — Salisbury residents could soon see 40 new cameras and 40 license plate readers across the city as police pursue a three-year, $1.1 million partnership with Flock Safety. The system would focus on downtown and key roads, aiming to boost crime investigations and even monitor riverfront safety, but still needs City Council approval before installation can begin.

• Former Wicomico County Health Department building plans (wmdt.com) — Wicomico County is preparing to move its Health Department from the Hurdle Building on Main Street in downtown Salisbury to the former Verizon building on Mount Hermon Road, promising more parking and a one-stop-shop layout. County Council will vote Tuesday on declaring the current building surplus, and County Executive Julie Giordano expects to list it for sale in the spring, potentially bringing a new business downtown.

• Colorful celebration as Our Lady of Guadalupe parishioners in Frankford celebrate their parish namesake's feast day (thedialog.org) — A Salisbury-based priest from St. Francis de Sales joined more than 500 worshippers in Frankford, Delaware, to celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe at Our Lady of Guadalupe Mission Church. The Spanish-language Mass, roses, and post-service meals highlighted the strong Hispanic Catholic devotion that connects Sussex County and nearby communities like Salisbury through shared faith and tradition.
