"Its great there's this influx of new apartment buildings springing up all over. But its quite obvious they're building for a specific demographic. I don't know many who have the income to shell out $2300 a month for a 1 bedroom. I would love to be closer the downtown silver spring area and leave my townhouse. But i certainly don't need the clubhouse, or game rooms or the workout facilities and shouldnt have to pay for things I will never use. I think these properties should adjust their rental rates accordingly, and if you intend to use these then they can charge you for it per month. And its not just here in Silver Spring, its the same all over. Its truly out of control."
