The Silver Spring Citizens Advisory Board is scheduled to be updated on youth programs in the county for at-risk youth.  The meeting is at the Silver Spring Civic Building on Monday, July 9 at 7 p.m. Guest scheduled to speak include Montgomery County Police Chief Tom Manger, Montgomery County Department of Recreation Director Gabe Albornoz, and representatives from the Maryland State's Attorney office
