Free Self-Defense Classes Available for Community
A former Marine will give free classes at Sculpt Studio in Bethesda. Find details here.
Sculpt Studio in Bethesda will offer free self-defense classes on the second Wednesday of every month to area residents.
Lubomyr Murashchik of Gaithersburg, a former Marine, current mixed martial arts cage fighter and an instructor at the studio, will teach the class.
Classes begin at 7 p.m. at Sculpt Studio, 4900 Auburn Ave.
