Gaithersburg Eatery Participates In Restaurant Week

GAITHERSBURG, MD — Here's some good news, Gaithersburg. Starting Monday you'll be able to beat the winter blues with discounted three-course meals at some of the metro region's best restaurants. A total of 250 restaurants are participating in this winter's Metropolitan Washington Restaurant Week, including one Gaithersburg eatery, from Jan. 22-28.

The culinary event will give patrons a chance to dine at long-time establishments and explore flavors at Metropolitan Washington's newest arrivals.

The Melting Pot at 9021 Gaither Rd. in Gaithersburg is participating this year. Guests can enjoy several fondue cooking styles and a variety of salads, entrees and desserts. The restaurant will serve brunch Saturday and Sunday.

Restaurants in DC, Maryland, and Virginia will serve up three-course meals, with dinner menus available for $35, lunch menus available for $22, and brunch available at select restaurants for $22.

Back again is the Diner Rewards program, automatically entering anyone who books reservations through www.rwdmv.com and opts to receive exclusive deals on meals, to win prizes like restaurant gift cards, tickets to local food-related events and cookbooks from local chef's.
