SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County police are asking for the public's help identifying a person who may be a witness in a December 2022 homicide.

According to police, the man was possibly in or near the Wayne Avenue Garage in Silver Spring on the night of Dec. 21, 2022.

Investigators believe he could have information relevant to an ongoing homicide investigation.

Tips leading to an arrest may be eligible for a reward ranging from $250 to $10,000.
