Suspect Sought In Assault Of Girl At Silver Spring Dave & Busters (patch.com) — Police are asking Silver Spring residents to help identify a man who allegedly assaulted a 10-year-old girl at the Dave & Buster’s on Colesville Road in late September. Detectives just released surveillance images and are seeking tips, including from anyone who may have had a similar encounter. Anonymous information to Crime Solvers could earn a cash reward if it leads to an arrest.
   

2. US Labor Department Recovers $596K for 31 Workers Denied Full Wages and Fringe Benefits (achrnews.com) — A Silver Spring–based HVAC subcontractor must repay nearly $600,000 to 31 workers after a federal investigation found they were shorted on prevailing wages and benefits for D.C. affordable housing projects. 3.
