Police Identify Man Killed In Silver Spring Shooting
Police have identified the 29-year-old man who was shot to death in Silver Spring Tuesday morning.
SILVER SPRING, MD — Montgomery County police have identified the man who was shot to death in Silver Spring Tuesday morning.
The victim has been identified as Francisco Anton Medrano Campos, 29, of the 2300 block of Glenmont Circle.
Authorities say they responded to a shooting near his residence around 7 a.m. on Tuesday. Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses told police that they saw two men leaving the scene of the shooting. Police said they canvassed the area but couldn't track down the suspects.
The investigation is ongoing.
