Missing Silver Spring Man Found Safe
William Deangelo Edwards, 20, who functions at the level of a 6-year-old, was found safe.

(Updated at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday): SILVER SPRING, MD — The missing Silver Spring man who functions at the level of a 6-year-old was found safe, police announced Wednesday afternoon.
William Deangelo Edwards, 20, was last known to be in the area of the Pathsway School – Edgewood on 801 University Boulevard in Silver Spring, where he is a current student. Edwards was known to be at the school at about 2 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
Police describe Edwards as a black male, 6′ tall, who weighs about 160 pounds. He was last known to be wearing a blue winter jacket, black sweat pants and black Nike shoes, police said.

He also carries an address of 3146 Banneker Drive NE in D.C.
Police and family were concerned for Edwards' welfare. Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of Edwards is asked to call 9-1-1.
